crewbus is early access right now, so this page describes exactly what we do today — not a hypothetical future policy.

What we collect

When you join the early-access waitlist, we store the email address you give us and the time you submitted it. That's it — no tracking pixels attached to the form, no third-party enrichment.

Why we collect it

Solely to contact you about crewbus early access — invites, and occasional updates about the product you signed up for. Nothing else.

Where it lives

Waitlist data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing or enrichment. One exception: to notify our team the moment someone joins, your email is relayed through our transactional-email infrastructure to Resend, an email delivery provider — solely to deliver that internal notification, never for anything else.

Analytics

We use a self-hosted, EU-based analytics tool (Umami) to see aggregate page and click activity. It doesn't use cookies or track you across other sites.
